Shipping Policy
We package all of our handcrafted items carefully so that they arrive to you safe and undamaged. All packages are sent via USPS unless another service is requested (reach out to us at info@coxsackiecraftcompany.com to request special shipping). Additional shipping maybe be required.

Shipping to addresses outside the contiguous 48 United States may require additional shipping charges; you will be contacted by us if your order needs additional shipping.

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days with the exception of custom orders; we will communicate with you the shipping window for custom orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
For any undamaged product, exchanges will be accepted ONLY if a return authorization has been obtained BEFORE returning the item(s). NO item(s) will be accepted without this return authorization. Items MUST be received within 14 days of the receipt of the return authorization. i
Refunds will not be provided.
